Bandra Gymkhana is a very old and big club in Mumbai, India, with about 7,000 members.
A doctor named Cheryl Misquitta became its president in September 2025.
Some members did not want her in charge and made claims against her.
They said there were problems with the voting and that security videos were missing.
A retired judge checked everything and said the election was fair and she had done nothing wrong.
