Comorin Mumbai Brings Modern Indian Cuisine to Hyderabad
Comorin Mumbai is bringing its food to Hyderabad for two evenings.
The pop-up will take place at Kangan in The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace.
It will happen on 21 and 22 August 2026.
Chefs Dhiraj Dargan and Anuj Bhalla have created a special menu.
The menu changes familiar Indian dishes in creative ways.
Guests can try dishes such as Pao Bhaji, Champaran Mutton and Cheeni Malai Toast.
Wines will be chosen to match each course.
The event lets Hyderabad diners taste Comorin’s regional Indian cooking in their own city.
Comorin Mumbai will host a two-night pop-up at Kangan, The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, on 21 and 22 August 2026.
Chefs Dhiraj Dargan and Anuj Bhalla have designed a special set menu for the collaboration.
The menu reinterprets regional Indian flavours through dishes including Dahi Batata Puri, Pao Bhaji, Champaran Mutton and Badam Kathal Ki Nihari.
EHV International’s Head of Wines, Kevin Rodrigues, has created a wine pairing programme spanning white, red and dessert wines.
The pop-up aims to give Hyderabad diners an opportunity to experience Comorin’s culinary philosophy without leaving the city.
