Novotel Hyderabad Airport Hosts Kashmiri Wazwan Culinary Pop-Up
Novotel Hyderabad Airport is organizing a special food event about Kashmiri Wazwan.
Wazwan is a traditional Kashmiri way of preparing and serving food.
It is often enjoyed at weddings, celebrations, and important gatherings.
The event will introduce guests in Hyderabad to this cuisine.
Chef Kavita Shah is preparing the menu with Chef Amanna Raju.
Guests can try dishes such as Kashmiri Mutton Pulao and Haak Saag.
Sweet dishes will include Kashmiri Shufta and Kong Phirni.
The event will happen from 3-5 September and on Sundays during September.
Novotel Hyderabad Airport will bring Kashmir’s traditional Wazwan cuisine to Hyderabad this September.
Guest Chef Kavita Shah is curating the pop-up with Executive Chef Amanna Raju.
The menu includes Nadru Shorba, Tuj Maaz, Tabakh Maaz, Gogji Rajma, Haak Saag, and Kashmiri Mutton Pulao.
