MCD organises Raahgiri Day in Karol Bagh for road safety
In Delhi, grown-ups and kids came together for a special day called Raahgiri Day.
The city's civic body, called MCD, organised this fun event.
It happened at an open plaza in a busy part of Delhi called Karol Bagh.
The event helped people learn about being safe on the road and keeping the city clean.
Children learned how to sort rubbish into different bins, which is called waste segregation.
There was cycling, exercises, and games for everyone to enjoy.
More than 300 people joined, and many of them were school students.
The special message of the day was, "Don't throw in haste.
Segregate your waste."

It was organised under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Dilkhush Meena, with the Raahgiri Foundation and the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM).
More than 300 citizens, including around 100–150 school students, took part in cycling, fitness exercises, interactive games and awareness programmes.
The event promoted waste segregation under the Swachh Bharat Mission with the message "Don't throw in haste. Segregate your waste."
