AICTE Revises 2026-27 Calendar, Announces Key Student Opportunities
AICTE has changed some important dates for technical colleges for the 2026-27 school year.
New first-year classes will start on August 17.
Colleges can fill empty seats until September 14.
Students joining directly in the second year can also apply until September 14.
AICTE has also announced a research internship in Canada.
The internship will last 12 weeks.
Students can apply from August 5 to September 16.
AICTE also provides scholarships for some students studying engineering, technology, or design after qualifying GATE or CEED.
