15, in a neighborhood called Avachit Pada in the city of Bhiwandi.

He wanted to make sure all the sanitation workers were doing their jobs.

He found that three out of 29 workers were not at work, and they did not have permission to be away.

Because of this, the commissioner said those three workers would lose one day of their pay.

He also told health inspectors to check on the workers three times every day.

Workers must stay in their assigned areas during working hours or they may face disciplinary action.

The commissioner also said people who throw garbage on the roads should be punished.

All these rules are meant to keep the city clean and make sure everyone does their duty.
