Bombay High Court Orders FDA Reinspection of Five MCA Outlets
Hit by FDA whip, Bombay HC steps in to give another chance to 5 MCA food outlets · indianexpress.com

A food regulator inspected five food outlets at the Mumbai Cricket Association’s premises.

The inspection happened on August 20.

The next day, the regulator suspended their licences and registration.

It said the outlets had possible problems with hygiene, storage and handling food.

The outlets are run by M/s Shirke Infrastructure, but their licences are in the Mumbai Cricket Association’s name.

The Bombay High Court has ordered the regulator to inspect them again.

The court said the suspension should be lifted if the outlets follow the food-safety rules.

The new inspection must include proper scores.
