80th Independence Day Celebrated at SAI CRC Bhopal with Felicitations
On Saturday, people at a big sports centre in Bhopal, India, celebrated a special day for their country.
The day is called Independence Day, and this was the 80th time it was celebrated.
Everyone sang national songs and listened to the national anthem.
A leader named Shri Abhisek Singh Chauhan raised the flag high in the air.
Sports players, coaches and helpers all joined the ceremony with great excitement.
Some very talented athletes were given awards for their hard work.
Hockey players from the Indian Oil National Hockey Team were also cheered and thanked.
Even the people who take care of the gardens and grounds got a special thank-you for their work.
At the end, everyone said thanks for making the celebration a wonderful and happy occasion.

Officers, coaches, athletes and support staff participated in the ceremony with pride and enthusiasm.
Prominent SAI athletes and members of the Indian Oil National Hockey Team were felicitated for their sporting achievements.
Housekeeping, ground and horticultural staff were also honoured, and Assistant Director Shri Rajat Sharma delivered the Vote of Thanks.
