Madhya Pradesh CM Transfers 39th Ladli Behna Instalment
Madhya Pradesh has a programme that gives eligible women money every month.
It is called the Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Yojana.
On August 19, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav released its 39th payment.
More than 1.25 crore women received the money.
Each woman got ₹1,500 as regular assistance.
She also received ₹250 as a special Rakshabandhan gift.
Together, the payment was ₹1,750 for each beneficiary.
The money was sent straight to bank accounts without an intermediary.
The release took place in Maihar, where the chief minister also prayed at the Maihar Mata Temple.
