India IT Talent Demand Stabilises, August Outlook Matches April Levels

India’s IT industry is looking for new workers, but the number of jobs is not growing fast.

In June, there were 93,000 openings, and now in August the outlook is 109,000, which is a small rise.

The demand for tech talent has gone up by 17% since the low in June.

Companies are waiting to see if the world economy improves before hiring more.

Some new graduates feel ready, but many companies think they need more training.
