Xpheno Expands Udupi Centre of Excellence
Xpheno is a company that helps other companies find the right people to work for them.
They opened a special office in Udupi last year and it did so well that they decided to make it bigger.
Now, it can help even more companies find workers.
The office has helped more than 1,000 people find jobs so far.
Almost half of the workers in this office are women.

Xpheno doubled the capacity of its Centre of Excellence in Udupi to 250 seats within a year of its launch in September 2024.

The Udupi CoE has supported over 50 clients, including more than 10 GCCs, delivering over 1,050 placements across IT and non-IT roles.
Nearly 80% of the team in Udupi comes from non-recruitment backgrounds, with over 50% of the workforce being women.
The expansion aims to drive local employment, provide national and global talent insights, and strengthen Karnataka's Beyond Bengaluru digital economy vision.
