Two Special DGs, ADG, IG to retire in Madhya Pradesh
Some very important police officers in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh are getting ready to retire.
Retiring means they are ending their jobs after working for many years.
This month, four top officers will finish their service on August 31.
They include two Special DGs, one ADG, and one IG — these are very high ranks in the police.
In the whole year, 16 officers were supposed to retire in the state, and 11 have already left.
One more officer will retire in October.
When officers leave, the government has to choose new people for their important jobs.
The intelligence job is so important that it will not be empty even for one day.
Two other officers retired on July 31, but no replacements have been announced yet.
A total of 16 IPS officers were scheduled to retire in Madhya Pradesh in 2026; 11 have already retired.
