Rajasthan CM announces, inaugurates Rs 807 crore Bikaner projects
The leader of the Indian state of Rajasthan came to a place called Bikaner on Saturday.
He brought lots of good news and money for new projects.
The total amount of money is 807 crore rupees, which is a really, really big number.
Some projects were already finished, and he opened them for people to use.
These include solar power plants that make electricity from the sun, better roads, a garden, and health centres.
Other projects are just starting, like big electricity stations and a new office building.
He also said some new schools will be built so more children can learn.
A new small hospital and a bridge to help with traffic were announced too.
The leader said farmers will get more money from a government programme, going from 6,000 to 9,000 rupees.
He also showed a brand new statue of a brave warrior to inspire everyone.
All of these plans are meant to make life better for the people living in Bikaner.
Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma announced, inaugurated and laid foundation stones for 90 development works worth around Rs 807 crore in Bikaner district.
The projects span healthcare, education, roads, electricity, agriculture and administrative infrastructure, with 74 completed works worth Rs 664 crore inaugurated.
Foundation stones were laid for 16 new projects worth Rs 143 crore, including a 220 KV grid substation at Sheruna and a new Bikaner Development Authority office.
Announcements included a new Mini Secretariat in Lunkaransar, a sub-district hospital and trauma centre in Sridungargarh, a bridge at Museum Circle and new schools.
The Chief Minister said PM-Kisan Saman Nidhi in Rajasthan was increased from Rs 6,000 to Rs 9,000 and that appointments to over 1.78 lakh posts have been made.
During the programme, CM Sharma unveiled an Ashtadhatu horse-mounted statue of Veer Shiromani Megho Ji in Meghasar.
