Delhi has published a temporary voter list called a draft electoral roll.

It includes about 97.5 lakh voters.

About 47.7 lakh names are missing from this first version.

Officials marked these names as absent, shifted, dead, duplicate or otherwise uncollectable.

The list was prepared after workers checked voter information through house-to-house visits.

People whose names are missing can apply to be added using Form 6 and supporting documents.

They must submit their claims by September 30, 2026.

Officials will examine the claims and publish the final voter list on November 4, 2026.
