Ather Energy launches Konarc electric scooter at Rs 99,999
Ather Energy has introduced a new electric scooter called Konarc.
It starts at Rs 99,999.
The company says it is designed for a large part of the scooter market that it did not serve before.
Buyers will eventually be able to choose from six versions.
These versions can have claimed ranges between 100 km and 200 km.
Ather is also offering a battery warranty lasting up to 10 years or 1,00,000 km.
The scooter includes features such as keyless starting and easier access to storage.
The first versions will be available in selected states from mid-September.
Ather plans to produce Konarc at its Hosur facility initially and later at its Maharashtra plant.
