School Gate Collapse Kills Guard; Principal, Podar School Booked

There is a school in India called Podar International School, and a security guard worked there to keep everyone safe.

One morning, the guard was opening the school's big front gate.

Suddenly, the heavy gate fell on top of him and hurt him very badly.

He was quickly taken to a hospital so doctors could help him.

Sadly, after a couple of days, he passed away because of his injuries.

His name was Sanjay Nagnath Kamble, and he was 52 years old.

The police think the gate might have fallen because the school did not take care of it properly.

Not fixing something that is broken when you should is called negligence.

So the police filed a report against the school's principal and the people who run the school.

Now the police are investigating exactly what caused the gate to fall.
