Assam Teen Allegedly Assaulted At Guwahati Homestay; Five Arrested

She was recovered near the Panbazar Pani Tanki area at about 5:47 a.m. on August 24.
Police identified the alleged suspects as Parameswar Nath, Hirkajyoti Das, Bishal Barua, Lakshidhar Nath and Rejip Ali.
The girl was medically examined, and her statement was recorded before a Judicial Magistrate; POCSO charges were added.
