Two Girls Kidnapped, Allegedly Gang-Raped in Moving Car in Assam
Two young girls were taken by three men without their permission, and the men hurt them in a very serious way.

A case was registered under Sections 70(2) and 87 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012; both victims underwent medical examinations and the accused were produced before a court.
