Gujarat has announced new money for roads, traffic and city improvements in Gandhinagar.

Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel announced a fresh ₹48.26 crore package for traffic, roads and urban infrastructure in Gandhinagar.
Development works worth ₹1,848 crore were inaugurated or launched, including ₹798 crore through the Gandhinagar Municipal Corporation and ₹1,050 crore through the Roads and Buildings Department.
The new package includes an underpass at Bhat-Koteshwar Crossing and road works connecting Raksha Shakti Circle, GIFT City and Shahpur.
Patel said no development project would remain stalled for lack of funds and urged citizens to report local needs and pending works.
Around 30 new e-buses under the PM-eBus Sewa were flagged off, while the government also highlighted beneficiary coverage, environmental protection and water conservation.
