CISCE Opens ICSE, ISC 2027-28 Registration on CAREERS Portal
CISCE is the group that organizes big school exams in India called ICSE and ISC.
They have started letting schools sign up students for exams that will happen in 2027 and 2028.
Schools do the signing up on a website called the CAREERS Portal.
For the 2027 exams, schools must check and confirm student details by September 15 without paying extra.
If they are late, they can still do it until September 30, but they have to pay a late fee.
For the 2028 Class 10 exam, students can be registered until October 31 without extra fees, and until November 15 if the school pays a late charge.
For the 2028 Class 12 exam, registration stays open until November 15 with no late charges.
Schools register Class 12 students while they are in Class XI.
The council has told school heads to finish everything on time, and students should ask their schools about their own entries.
The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has opened online modules on its CAREERS Portal for Confirmation of Entries for ICSE and ISC Year 2027 examinations and Registration of Candidates for Year 2028 examinations.
Confirmation of entries for the 2027 ICSE Class 10 and ISC Class 12 exams runs from August 5 to September 15, 2026 without late charges, and from September 16 to 30, 2026 with late charges.
ICSE Class 10 candidates for 2028 can be registered from August 5 to October 31, 2026, with late registration from November 1 to 15, 2026.
ISC Class 12 candidates for 2028 can be registered from August 5 to November 15, 2026, with no late charges applicable during the notified period; per CISCE regulations, ISC candidates are registered by their schools while in Class XI.
CISCE-affiliated schools are responsible for submitting candidate registrations and confirming entries online through the CAREERS Portal, and candidates should contact their school authorities for individual details.
