Andhra Minister Prioritizes Sanatana Dharma and Temple Restoration
A government leader in India said they want to take care of old temples and keep religious traditions alive.
He spoke at a temple where a new hall for weddings and events was opened.
The government is helping many temples do their daily prayers and rituals.
They are also building new places for people to sing and pray in areas that do not have temples.
Old and small temples will be fixed up and painted.
Experts will help restore very old and important temples.
The government also wants to teach children about old traditions and values.
A special school will be opened to teach these things.

Endowments Minister Anam Ramanarayana Reddy said the state government prioritizes protecting Sanatana Dharma and restoring ancient temples.
He inaugurated a new Kalyana Mandapam at Sri Alaganatha Swamy Temple in Atmakur, built at a cost of ₹80 lakh.
Daily Dhupa-Deepa-Naivedyam rituals are being implemented in about 6,800 temples, including 135 in Atmakur constituency.
The government plans to construct 5,000 Bhajan Mandirs, with 110 sanctioned in Atmakur constituency at an estimated cost of ₹40.20 crore.
Restoration of 77 small temples in the constituency was sanctioned, with ₹5 lakh allocated per temple, and an Ashram school under Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham will be established.
