India Gas Prices Hold Steady as LPG Supply Plans Expand

On August 19, commercial 19-kg LPG cylinders ranged from ₹2,691.50 in Mumbai to ₹2,985 in Hyderabad.
CNG prices ranged from ₹83.09 per kg in Delhi to ₹109 in Hyderabad, while PNG ranged from ₹48.40 per SCM in Gurugram to ₹54.70 in Chandigarh.
The government is seeking more US LPG imports, setting refinery production targets and encouraging PNG connections after shortages reduced LPG consumption.
