India's Shot Put Hope Falls Short at Commonwealth Games
India sent two shot putters, Tajinderpal Singh Toor and Samardeep Singh Gill, to the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
Toor threw 20.27 meters and finished fifth, while Gill threw 20.03 meters and finished seventh.
