Two Youths Rescued After Being Swept Away at Manair Causeway
Two young people were riding a motorcycle across a small bridge.
The bridge had water flowing over it because of a flood.
The water was moving very fast.
When they tried to cross, the strong water swept them away.
Some other young people from a nearby village saw what had happened.
They ran over to help right away.
They used a rope to pull the two riders back to safety.
Both riders were okay and did not have serious injuries.
Everyone was glad that the rescue brought them safely back to the bank.
