In a Violent Nature: Part 2 will open in theaters on February 12, 2027.
The date was announced at New York Comic Con by actor Ry Barrett, who returns as the masked killer Johnny.
The sequel follows the 2024 film, which tells its slasher story from the killer’s point of view.
It picks up immediately after the first movie, with Johnny’s rampage taking him to an Ontario summer camp.
There, an outcast camper is made to spend the night with his counselor sister and her friends at their end-of-season party.
The sequel is set to explore more of Johnny’s past and feature new victims and extreme kills.
Chris Nash and Nate Wilson co-directed the film, and Nash wrote the screenplay.
It premiered at Fantastic Fest in September 2026 before its planned theatrical release.
