Lula appeals to undecided voters as Flávio Bolsonaro promises change

Brazil’s two presidential candidates began airing free TV ads for the runoff.

Lula asked people who backed other candidates or voted blank in the first round to consider supporting him.

Flávio Bolsonaro presented himself as a candidate for change and outlined proposals on jobs, social benefits and security.

Voters will choose between them on October 25.
