Danny Boyle Says Next 28 Years Later Film Is on the Back Burner

A third 28 Years Later film is not moving ahead for now.

Director Danny Boyle says it still needs financing, and writer Alex Garland is busy with another film.

Cillian Murphy may return, but reports that he is in talks do not confirm it.

That means fans will have to wait to find out whether the story continues.
