10-year-old boy dies after car hits him while crossing road by bicycle

A car hit a 10-year-old boy as he tried to cross a road on his bicycle in Çubuk, near Ankara.

He was taken to hospital but died despite medical treatment.

The driver was also injured.

Police are investigating the crash.
