Dharma Polimetal Commissioner Sells 143,300 Shares

Noel Aelyo Laras Kusuma Negara, a commissioner at Indonesian auto-parts maker Dharma Polimetal, sold 143,300 of the company’s shares.

The sales took place in four transactions on Oct.

2 and Oct.

5, at prices ranging from Rp930 to Rp940 per share.

The transactions were listed as divestment, meaning he was reducing his investment.

His reported direct stake fell from 0.80% to 0.79%.

Dharma Polimetal has also completed the purchase of an 82% stake in PT Mah Sing Indonesia for Rp41 billion.

The company said the acquisition would expand its business and add plastic components for four-wheeled vehicles to its product range.

The share sale and the acquisition are separate company developments; no further plans related to the share sale are stated.
