Narendra Menon is 80 and still umpires junior cricket in Indore.

He teaches boys aged 12 to 15 how the rules work during matches.

He returned to the ground four years ago when his grandson began playing.

Menon says at least 30 boys from his club now play for Indore division, and five or six have played for the state.
