ChaCha opens its first Qia Bao merchandise pop-up in Hefei

ChaCha, a Chinese snack company, has opened a temporary shop built around Qia Bao, its own character.

Visitors can buy snacks and goods such as plush toys, badges and insulated cups, and take photos in a retro-style setting.

The company says the shop is part of its effort to appeal to younger customers.

It also gives people a way to meet and interact with Qia Bao beyond product packaging and online content.
