Train cancellations leave passengers stranded in Jammu and Katra

Four trains scheduled to leave Jammu and Katra were cancelled because of expected congestion around two New Delhi railway stations.

The cancellations were part of a wider decision affecting more than 250 trains.

Some passengers said they learned about the changes shortly before departure.

Railway officials set up help desks and refund counters to assist them.
