South Korea and North Korea clash at UN over DMZ mine blast
South Korea says a North Korean mine exploded south of the military boundary and injured three soldiers.
At the UN, it called the blast a breach of the armistice and asked North Korea to apologize.
North Korea denied responsibility and said its border fortifications were a sovereign military matter.
The dispute adds to tensions, while South Korea is also removing mines and considering further diplomatic and military responses.
