Marvel announces new Captain Marvel series and Daredevil’s 700th issue

Carol Danvers will star in a new ongoing Captain Marvel series written by G. Willow Wilson and illustrated by Rachael Stott.

The story follows the events of Avengers: Armageddon and puts Carol in a difficult new position.

Daredevil will reach its 700th issue in March 2027, with a main story by Stephanie Phillips and Lee Garbett.

These projects mark major new chapters for two long-running Marvel characters.
