OpenKnowledge offers local AI tools for markdown notes

OpenKnowledge is a free app for editing notes saved as ordinary files on your computer.

It can open an Obsidian vault and keep its notes and links intact.

It can also work with AI tools users already have installed.

This gives people a way to use AI with their notes without storing them in the app’s cloud database.
