Dyson says new products must be radically different and work properly

Dyson says it will only make a product if it is very different from what is already available and works well.

Its CameraJet toothbrush uses a camera to show the inside of the mouth and targets gaps between teeth with water or mouthwash.

Dyson says it plans to bring more products into oral care.

That matters because the company is taking its technology into a new area, but early users have reported faults with the toothbrush.
