Liberty stars say coach Chris DeMarco’s future is not their decision

The New York Liberty lost to the Atlanta Dream and were knocked out of the playoffs.

Coach Chris DeMarco said he expects to return next season, but the team’s three stars did not say whether they want him back.

They said deciding his future is not their job.

The decision now rests with the organization as it considers what the team needs to contend for a championship.
