Dozens of Borno schoolchildren remain captive nearly six months after abductions
Dozens of students and teachers were taken from schools in Borno State in two attacks between May and June.
Nearly six months later, the children are still being held, while students abducted in Oyo State were freed after 57 days.
Their parents say the government has not done enough to bring them home.
The case has renewed questions about why Nigeria’s Safe School Initiative has not stopped school kidnappings.
