PSOE uses insults aimed at Sánchez to rally supporters ahead of Spain’s election

Spain’s Socialist Workers’ Party, the PSOE, held a major pre-campaign rally in Dos Hermanas, in the province of Seville.

About 5,000 people attended, and the party showed a video featuring insults aimed at Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez by political figures and journalists.

The video asked whether he was being attacked for raising the minimum wage, record employment and higher pensions.

The PSOE has used insults aimed at Sánchez to rally supporters before, including in the 2023 election campaign.

At the rally, Sánchez described himself as “a dog without an owner” and said he served ordinary people.

He argued that the opposition insults when it is out of government and cuts spending when it is in power.

The general election is scheduled for November 29, and Sánchez said he expected the PSOE to win another four years in government.
