BPTP sells 150 apartments in Faridabad project for about Rs 750 crore

Real estate developer BPTP says it has sold 150 apartments in its SkyNest housing project in Faridabad, India.

The company says the sales total about Rs 750 crore, with an average price of Rs 5 crore per apartment.

Faridabad is part of the Delhi-NCR region, a major housing market in northern India.

BPTP says it has built more than 25,000 homes over the past two decades.

The sales come as housing sales across Delhi-NCR dipped 1% in July-September compared with the same period a year earlier.

The figures show strong sales for this project even as the wider regional market recorded a small decline.

No further plans for the project were stated.
