Drunk driver hits motorcycle in Gyeonggi, leaving rider in cardiac arrest

A car hit a motorcycle on a road in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province.

The motorcycle rider was taken to hospital in cardiac arrest.

Police say the car driver’s alcohol level was high enough to revoke his license.

They are considering whether to seek a warrant for his arrest.
