Mulwa asks court to question ex-husband over affidavit opposing bond

Mulwa and her two children are charged with murdering Dr Victoria Mutiso, and are seeking release on bond.

Mulwa says an affidavit opposing their release may not have been sworn by her ex-husband, Prof David Ndetei.

She wants the judge to summon him for questioning.

The court postponed its bond decision until it rules on that request.
