French socialists vote in primary to choose 2027 presidential candidate
French socialists are voting to choose a candidate for the 2027 presidential election.
Five people are running, including party leader Olivier Faure and European lawmaker Raphaël Glucksmann.
Organizers say a cyberattack on the voting platform did not affect the vote.
The party faces a challenge in uniting after the primary, while the wider left is divided over whether to work with the radical left.
