14-year-old files complaint after police car allegedly hits her in Dunkirk

A 14-year-old says a police car hit her as it reversed near a student protest in Dunkirk.

She was examined at a hospital and had a minor hip bruise.

She and her legal representative have filed a complaint.

Investigators are seeking witnesses and reviewing video to establish what happened.
