Family visits resume at Mazatlán prison after violence left 12 dead
Families were allowed to visit people held at El Castillo prison in Mazatlán, in Mexico’s Sinaloa state, on October 10.
Visits had been suspended after violence inside the prison on October 8 and 9 left 12 people dead and 17 prisoners injured.
