Indian man alleges mistreatment during deportation escort in South Korea
The man says staff at a foreigner detention center mistreated him while taking him to the airport for deportation.
He alleges they wrapped duct tape around his mouth and choked him.
He filed a complaint with South Korea’s National Human Rights Commission on Oct.
