Tech executives say AI agents are changing work and hiring

The executives said AI agents are already helping them with work.

They said these tools need the right information about a company to give reliable answers.

They also discussed hiring more experienced engineers who can check AI-generated work, alongside younger workers skilled with AI tools.

As AI takes on more tasks, companies may value judgment and expertise more than simply writing code.
