Xiaomi launches 10,000mAh magnetic power bank in China
Xiaomi has released its Jinshajiang Ultra-thin Magnetic Power Bank in China after a crowdfunding campaign.
The device has a 10,000mAh battery, twice the capacity of Xiaomi’s earlier 5,000mAh model.
Its added safeguards are designed to reduce the risk of battery fires and explosions.
The power bank is 13.2 millimetres thick and supports wireless charging at up to 20 watts and USB-C charging at up to 45 watts.
It can also charge a range of devices, including lightweight laptops.
It costs 399 yuan in China, and Xiaomi has not announced when it will be available globally.
