Spanish company fined €750,000 over luxury car raffle
Spain’s Consumer Ministry has fined EBR Management SLU €750,000 for running a raffle without the required authorization under Spain’s gambling law.
The company is linked to Spanish YouTuber David Cánovas, known as TheGrefg, who lives in Andorra, and the car was his.
The raffle ran online from December 24, 2024, to January 6, 2025, and people in Spain could take part.
