Tricog Health targets 100 million cardiac screenings by 2030
Tricog Health, a Bengaluru-based healthtech company, aims to carry out 100 million cardiac screenings by 2030.
Founded in 2014, it says it has screened more than 41 million patients and now screens over a million people globally each month.
The company works with public health services in seven Indian states and operates in 14 countries in the Global South.
Its expansion comes as heart and blood vessel diseases remain a major health concern in India, where specialists are in short supply.
Tricog places AI-enabled ECG devices in health centres and hospitals, and doctors review each AI diagnosis before a final report is returned.
The company says its network connecting local clinics with larger hospitals has cut treatment delays in urban India from an average of 360 minutes to under 30 minutes.
Its stated next goal is to reach 100 million screenings by 2030.
Tricog Health is targeting 100 million cardiac screenings by 2030, its founder and CEO Dr Charit Bhograj told PTI.

It began public health partnerships with the Goa government in 2018 and has since expanded to six other Indian states.
